Avir Trilogy in Terrell, Texas, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the night shift. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health, and support a dedicated healthcare team in a warm, safe environment.

The ideal candidate is Texas Nurse Aide Registry listed or will be certified within four months, capable of working independently, and committed to respectful, patient-centered care for residents who may be ill or upset.

Qualifications

• Must be listed on the Texas Nurse Aide Registry or become certified within four months of hire.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
• Patience, tact, and a positive attitude with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Provide toileting assistance and turn and reposition residents as needed.
• Answer call lights promptly to determine resident needs.
• Assist with walking and transfers using a gait belt.
• Monitor vital signs, weights, and intake/output as directed.
• Provide catheter care as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Night Shift team at Avir at Terrell in Terrell, Texas. As a CNA at Avir, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, providing top-notch care and support while working closely with our dedicated healthcare team.

What You'll Do:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and more
• Provide toileting assistance and turn and reposition residents as needed
• Answer call lights promptly and courteously to determine resident needs
• Assist residents with walking and transportation, using a gait belt for all transfers and ambulation
• Monitor vital signs, weights, and intake and output as directed
• Provide catheter care as required
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
