Avir Trilogy in Fort Worth, TX seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Night Shift team at Avir at Angle. You will support residents with daily living activities and work closely with our healthcare team to deliver high-quality care.

The ideal candidate is listed on the Texas Nurse Aide Registry or will certify within four months, can stay organized under pressure, and communicates with empathy.

Qualifications

• Must be listed on the Texas Nurse Aide Registry or become certified within four months.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
• Patience, tact, and a positive attitude with residents, families, and staff.
• Comfort working with residents who are ill, disabled, elderly, or upset.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and more
• Provide toileting assistance and turn and reposition residents as needed
• Answer call lights promptly and courteously to determine resident needs
• Assist residents with walking and transportation, using a gait belt for all transfers and ambulation
• Monitor vital signs, weights, and intake and output as directed
• Provide catheter care as required
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
