Job summary

STERLING ESTATES EAST COBB is looking for outstanding Certified Medication Aides to join our Assisted Living team. This full-time position covers 1st shift (7 a.m. – 7 p.m.) and 2nd shift (7 p.m.

– 7 a.m.) with rotating weekends. You must have a current Georgia CMA license and bring caring, compassion, patience, and a pleasant attitude. Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal care, mealtimes, and documentation, plus timely communication with residents, families, and department

Responsibilities

• Provide activities as planned and/or directed.
• Respond to call lights and emergencies in a timely manner.

We are currently seeking outstanding Certified Medication Aide (CMAs) to join our Assisted Living team. Position to fill is Full-Time position 1st shift (7 a.m. – 7p.m.), and 7 p.m. – 7 a.m. Rotating weekends.

• Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.
• Assist residents with mealtimes. Cut food. Encourage to eat.
• Complete and document shift assignments assigned, if unable to complete, report to nursing supervisor.
• Communicate with residents, families, and Department Heads when needed.
• Provide activities as planned and/or directed.
• Respond to call lights and emergencies in a timely manner.
