Job summary

Sterling Estates East Cobb is seeking outstanding CNAs to join our Assisted Living team. This full-time role offers 7 a.m.–7 p.m. (assisted living) or 7 p.m.–7 a.m. (memory care) shifts with rotating weekends.

You will assist residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities, document tasks, and communicate with families and department heads. A Georgia CNA license and a compassionate attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have current Georgia CNA license.
• Caring, compassionate, patient and friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.).
• Assist with mealtimes and encourage feeding.
• Document shift assignments and report if unable to complete tasks.
• Communicate with residents, families and department heads as needed.
• Provide planned activities and respond to call lights quickly.

We are currently seeking outstanding Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Assisted Living team. Position to fill is Full-Time position 1 st shift (7 a.m. – 7p.m.) (Assisted Living), and 7 p.m. – 7 a.m. (Memory Care). Rotating weekends.

Here Are a Few Of The Daily Responsibilities

• Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.
• Assist residents with mealtimes. Cut food. Encourage to eat.
• Complete and document shift assignments assigned, if unable to complete, report to nursing supervisor.
• Communicate with residents, families, and Department Heads when needed.
• Provide activities as planned and/or directed.
• Respond to call lights and emergencies in a timely manner.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• You must have current Georgia CNA License.
