Level C Automotive Technician

Executive Auto Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Level C Automotive Technician to join our dynamic service team. This is an excellent opportunity for technicians looking to grow their careers in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems with minimal supervision (Level B) or under guidance (Level C).
• Perform maintenance and repair work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with the parts department to obtain necessary components.
• Save and tag parts per warranty or customer request procedures.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and identify additional safety or service needs.
• Accurately document all work performed and recommended services.
• Perform road tests to verify repairs and ensure quality control.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, hazardous waste handling).

Qualifications

• Level C: 1–2 years of automotive repair experience or completion of a certified automotive training program.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, repair orders, and diagnostic tools.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with service advisors and team members.
• Basic computer proficiency for repair documentation and diagnostics.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• ASE certification(s) preferred or willingness to obtain within the first year.
