Job summary

Napleton Automotive Group seeks a C-Level Automotive Technician for Mid Rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Saint Peters, MO. The role involves performing vehicle maintenance to dealer and factory standards and building customer trust in Napleton’s service quality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive technical training or experience as a lube tech or technician assistant preferred.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a background check per local laws.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Complete vehicle inspections.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure proper tire pressure and inflation.
• Perform wheel alignments.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as needed.
• Install new oil drain plug and oil filter.
• Lubricate fittings; clean as needed.
• Replace batteries and exhaust components.
• Remove and reinstall brake drums/shoes.
• Replace radiators.
• Perform recalls that do not require diagnostic equipment.
• Maintain a clean, presentable service center.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
