Job summary

Ron Marhofer Auto Family is seeking an entry-level technician or lube tech to grow into general mechanical repairs. The role offers hands-on mentorship from Master Technicians, ongoing certifications, and a clear path toward higher earning levels.

We provide top hourly pay and modern shop equipment, plus comprehensive benefits. Eligible candidates have a solid maintenance foundation, a drive to learn, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; prior quick-lube, tire shop, or basic maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Must possess own basic hand tools; tool allowance program available.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Commitment to OSHA/CDC safety protocols and shop safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, wheel balancing, and fluid flushes (coolant, transmission, brake, power steering).
• Conduct basic brake service, tire installations/repairs, and battery replacements.
• Assist higher-level technicians on larger repairs and diagnostics to learn advanced skills.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and clearly report safety concerns and maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with advisors/parts staff to ensure quality and timeliness.
