Job summary

Precision Tune Auto Care Parent in Saint Joseph, MO is seeking a dependable Lube Technician / C level Mechanic to join our team. You will perform oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance services while delivering outstanding hospitality to every customer.

This role offers hands-on training, a consistent schedule, and room to grow within an established automotive repair company.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive or lube technician experience preferred but training may be provided.
• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.
• Must have your own basic automotive hand tools.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active during the workday.
• Must take pride in providing quality work and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance services.
• Treat every customer and vehicle with care and respect.
• Complete thorough vehicle inspections and accurately document findings.
• Check and top off fluids.
• Inspect belts, hoses, tires, brakes, and other safety-related components.
• Clearly communicate vehicle concerns to the service advisor.
• Assist technicians and service advisors as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Properly handle tools, equipment, and customer vehicles.
• Follow all company procedures and safety standards.
• Help keep vehicles moving through the shop efficiently.
