Job summary

Young Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Lube Technician to perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks to keep vehicles running smoothly.

Starting wage is $15.00/hour with training provided, and periodic increases after 90 days depending on performance; a full-time role with excellent benefits and opportunities for growth in a family-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Candidates who have the desire to become Master Level Technicians and beyond.
• Entry-level technicians with oil & lube experience preferred but not required.
• Current students in auto tech programs are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated history of being reliable.
• Valid Driver’s License (good driving record required).
• Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
