Qualifications

• 5+ years owning outcomes in a technical role.
• Willingness to relocate to Biloxi, MS, or work remotely.
• Clear, tidy documentation and strong communication.
• 3+ years building expertise in technology spaces.
• Hands-on experience in a technology role (3+ years).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and real-world use of Work-Life Balance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Wrangle Agile config across environments so Biloxi staging mirrors production.
• Decide when to relocate or enable remote work for ViacomCBS's Biloxi, MS stack.
• Turn ViacomCBS's PHP on-call noise into meaningful alerts.
• Identify and mitigate latency spikes in the stack.
• Build internal tooling to improve developer productivity and velocity.
• Enhance test automation frameworks to increase release confidence.
• Integrate third-party services and internal tools into the ViacomCBS stack.
