Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking a C# Developer to support migrating and modernizing web apps from .NET Framework to .NET 6+. This contract role includes rewriting WebForms into Blazor Server, converting WCF services to RESTful APIs, and optimizing code for performance and reliability.

The role is on-site in Montgomery, AL, with collaboration through regular meetings and code reviews with management. Ideal candidates will have strong C# skills and experience in web app conversions, APIs, and SQL

Qualifications

Proficiency in migrating apps from .NET Framework to .NET 6+ using C#.
Experience rewriting WebForms to Blazor Server apps.
Experience converting WCF services to RESTful APIs.
1+ year writing clean, maintainable C# code, performing functional testing, and optimizing performance.

Responsibilities

Migrate and modernize web applications and services from .NET Framework to .NET 6+ using C#.
