Overview

We are looking for new C++ developers to join our CNC machine software team at Develer, part of the Comelz group.

At Develer we design, manufacture electronics and develop software for the industrial world. The team focuses on the CAD/CAM side of machine software, motor control, API definition and communication protocols with hardware components, and is involved in new product design.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of C++11 and the standard library.
• Curiosity and perseverance to investigate complex problems requiring end-to-end analysis.
• Ability to work in teams and communicate with colleagues and clients of varying technical backgrounds.
• Experience developing on Linux.
• Optional: experience with concurrent or distributed systems and communication protocols.
• Optional: experience writing computationally efficient algorithms.
• Optional: experience interfacing with microcontroller firmware.
• Optional: familiarity with basic computational geometry and statistics concepts.

Application Process

After the interviews, results will be communicated within a few weeks and an offer may be made. All interview stages may be conducted remotely with a good internet connection, webcam, and headsets; setup of your development environment may be required.
