Job summary

GeoCue Group is seeking a Software Developer (C++ – Desktop GIS) to join a small, high-impact engineering team working on LP360, a mature desktop platform for LiDAR and geospatial data processing. This is a full-stack desktop role spanning core data processing to user interface.

You will design features, improve stability, optimize performance, and contribute to UI with MFC/Codejock; collaborate with product, QA, and engineering.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of software development experience.
• Experience with Windows desktop development.
• Ability to work across UI and backend.
• Strong debugging and performance skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features in the LP360 desktop application
• Maintain and improve stability (crash fixes, reliability)
• Optimize performance of key LiDAR data processing tools
• Contribute to UI/UX improvements (MFC/Codejock)
• Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams
