Job summary

SpatialGIS is seeking a Talented UI/UX Developer to shape the user experience of our spatial GIS products. You will bridge complex geographic data with intuitive interfaces, conducting research to translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and reusable frontend components.

You will collaborate with product managers, GIS specialists, and developers to deliver human-centered applications that visualize and analyze spatial information effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, CS, or related field preferred.
• Strong portfolio of UI/UX work for GIS or mapping tech.
• Proficiency with React/Next.js and core web languages (JS/TS/HTML/CSS).
• Experience designing accessible, responsive interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Build front-end components with React/Next.js and TS/JS.
• Establish cohesive UI patterns and design systems across products.
• Collaborate with product, GIS, and backend teams to ship usable features.
