Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/EE or related field.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with C# and C++, Windows and embedded Linux.
• Experience with unit/integration/system tests.
• Local to Agoura Hills, CA; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Clarify software requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Own design, implementation, integration, and maintenance of components and algorithms.
• Document interface requirements, design decisions, and tests.
• Design for throughput, robustness, maintainability, and diagnosability.
• Develop production-quality code in C# and C++ for Windows and embedded Linux.
• Create and execute unit, integration, and system tests.
• Investigate defects and drive to closure with debugging/profiling tools.
• Peer review requirements, designs, code, tests, and docs.
• Estimate work and communicate status with limited supervision.
• Improve engineering practices and provide knowledge sharing.
