Movavi ищет опытного руководителя разработки настольных продуктов на удалённую работу с возможностью офиса. Ваша задача — развивать и улучшать настольные приложения, строить планы и внедрять новые функции, обеспечивая стабильность и качество продукта.

Вы будете руководить командой, проводить оценки эффективности, поддерживать тесное взаимодействие с менеджерами продукта и приоритизировать работы. Требуется опыт управления командой и глубокое владение C++17/20 и Qt.

Qualifications

• Твердое знание C++17 или C++20 и принципы ООП.
• Практический опыт работы с фреймворком Qt.
• Понимание методологий Agile/Scrum.
• Навыки управления людьми: делегирование, командообразование, наставничество.
• Опыт работы разработчиком не менее 3 лет.
• Степень бакалавра в области информатики или смежной.
• Опыт руководства командой будет преимуществом: как минимум 1 год.

Responsibilities

• Постоянная разработка и улучшение настольных продуктов.
• Планирование, внедрение и развёртывание новых функций.
• Поддержка и модернизация компонентов приложения.

• Plan, implement, and roll out new features
• Maintain and modernize application components

Требования:

• Strong knowledge of C++17 or C++20 and solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles

• At least 3 years of experience as a software developer
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
