Job summary

Nebraska Methodist Health System is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to assist in surgery and fluoroscopy, ensuring patient comfort and high-quality imaging. The role supports providers with procedures, manages equipment, and maintains QA in a fast-paced surgical suite.

Requirements include AMA-approved radiologic technology education, ARRT certification or eligibility, Nebraska/IA licensure, and BLS. Day shift with rotating weekends and call duties. Competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT-registered or board eligible.
• Current state radiology license (NE/IA) where applicable.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Proficiency with radiologic/C-arm procedures in surgery.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with procedures in surgery and fluoroscopy.
• Ensure patient comfort and understanding of exams.
• Direct radiographic equipment for optimal image visualization.
• Record medications and allergies; document findings.
• Maintain QA of supplies and department workflow.
