Accendra Health, operating the Byram Healthcare brand, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on educating patients about products, addressing concerns, and processing supply orders in an in-office setting.

You will interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and sales teams, aiming to deliver a positive customer experience and meet KPI targets while maintaining accurate documentation and order accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience required.
• Call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and process orders via fax and electronic platforms.
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed.
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry.
• Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates, healthcare professionals and sales team.
• Consistently meet required KPI’s.
• Perform other duties as required.
