This office-based role supports patients through product knowledge and attentive communication. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Review and process orders via fax and electronic platforms.
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed.
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry.
• Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates, healthcare professionals and the sales team.
• Consistently meet required KPIs.
• Perform other duties as required.
