Accendra Health in Dallas is seeking a friendly, in-office Customer Service Specialist who educates patients on products and services, resolves concerns, and places supply orders. This on-site role supports a seamless patient experience and drives order accuracy.
You will review and process orders, make outbound calls, use product knowledge to assist patients, and collaborate with teammates. A High School diploma and 1–2 years of customer service experience are required; call-center experience

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $20-22 an hour.
On-site position M-F 8.30-5 pm.
The representative provides a positive customer service experience that meets the needs of our patients by educating them on products and services, listening to concerns, addressing issues, and placing supply orders. This is an in office position.
