The role focuses on designing, configuring, and delivering scalable supply planning solutions for clients, working closely with stakeholders and project teams.

The candidate will lead architecture initiatives, facilitate workshops, and drive agile deployment while ensuring high quality, governance, and successful rollouts across client environments.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in supply chain planning and BY implementations.
• Proven experience as Solution Architect / Lead Consultant.
• Ability to manage end-to-end project delivery independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture, design, and implementation for Blue Yonder ESP projects.
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and project teams to define scalable supply planning solutions.
• Drive accelerated implementations using Agile methodologies and value-driven deployment approaches.
• Facilitate business process analysis, design workshops, and solution blueprinting sessions.
• Prepare design documents, functional specs, and business test scripts.
• Configure and optimize SPARQ Solver and LP Solver for supply planning.
• Support UAT, training, and solution rollouts.
• Provide consulting on best practices and process improvements in supply chain.

Experience Required: 8 – 10 Years

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP), SPARQ Solver, LP Solver, SQL, and Supply Chain Planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead solution architecture, design, and implementation for Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning projects.
• Work closely with customers, business stakeholders, and project teams to define and deliver scalable supply planning solutions.
• Drive accelerated implementations using Agile methodologies and value-driven deployment approaches.
• Facilitate business process analysis, design workshops, and solution blueprinting sessions.
• Prepare solution design documents, functional specifications, and business process test scripts.
• Configure and optimize supply planning solutions using SPARQ Solver and LP Solver.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and solution rollouts.
• Provide consulting on industry best practices, process improvements, and supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrations, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and incremental business value.
• Participate in executive stakeholder discussions and customer workshops.
• Ensure delivery quality, project governance, and compliance with organizational standards.
