Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings GO seeks capable managers to join the management team (Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or General Manager) to oversee restaurant operations, financial health, and guest experiences in a fast-paced counter-service environment. This franchisee position offers leadership opportunities and room to grow.

You will lead and train team members, ensure compliance with labor laws and safety standards, analyze performance, and drive a memorable dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in restaurant or quick-service, or prior management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws and health codes.
• Experience with safe food handling and sanitation.
• Experience with responsible alcohol service.
• Knowledge of safety and security systems and procedures.
• Computer operations proficiency.
• Ability to manage and direct work, lead change and train teams.
• Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements.
