Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a Fueling Supervisor in Baltimore, Maryland to lead Aircraft Fuelers and coordinate fueling operations with a focus on safety and efficiency. You will issue written and verbal instructions and ensure adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities include supervising fuelers, operating fueling services, and enforcing attendance standards while maintaining regulatory compliance and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Prior Aircraft Fueling experience required.
• Prior management, supervisory or lead experience in the Aviation industry preferred.
• Must have high school diploma, GED or six months experience as a Lead Fueler.

• Ensure the effective operation of fueling.

• Ability to comply with attendance/tardiness standards.
• Operate fuel trucks to provide services to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Role Purpose

As a Menzies Aviation Fueling Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all Aircraft Fuelers in the Fueling Operations. Other responsibilities include issuing written and verbal instructions while ensuring adherence to safety procedures.

What We Are Looking For

• Prior Aircraft Fueling experience required.
• Prior management, supervisory or lead experience in the Aviation industry preferred.
• Must have high school diploma, GED or six months experience as a Lead Fueler.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Possess and maintain a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and all pre-employment testing.
