Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English and perform basic math.
• Ability to lift/move up to 70 lbs.
• Outdoor work; comfortable in all weather.
• Flexible to shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Preferred: Commercial Driver's License or Oil & Gas industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervising Aircraft Fuelers to ensure safe, professional and efficient fueling.
• Provide manpower recommendations and mentor staff while resolving grievances.
• Ensure disciplinary procedures are fair, timely and compliant with Equal Employment Opportunity.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in line with company policies and laws.
• Maintain accurate accounting of fuel transactions.

Role Purpose

The aircraft Fueling Supervisor responsibility is to supervise and coordinating all Aircraft Fuelers in the Operation, safely and efficiently while fueling/defueling and servicing of aircrafts at the airport. You will need to perform simple mathematical functions such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing with regards to weight, measurement and volume to interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions as they pertain to fueling. Other responsibilities include issuing written and verbal instructions while ensuring adherence to safety procedures.

This role requires you to maintain a safe and secure work environment, in accordance with local health, safety, and security policies and procedures.

What You Will Be Doing

• Supervising Aircraft Fuelers in their assigned areas to ensure Fuelers are performing their duties in a professional, safe and efficient manner according to Company/Carrier’s standards to ensure the effective operation of fueling
• Recommending manpower requirements, performing as a mentor while maintaining harmony among workers and resolving grievances
• Ensuring disciplinary procedures are conducted in a fair, timely, and consistent manner, upholding the company’s commitment to Equal Employment Opportunity
• Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
• Responsible for accurate accounting of fuel transactions

Pay

$27 for the first 90 days, $30 once off probabtion

What We Are Looking For

• Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English and perform basic math calculations
• Handle fueling carts and fueling hoses which will require you to lift and move up to 70lbs.
• Work is done primarily outdoors; must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience preferred including possession of a Commercial Driver’s License or experience in the Oil and Gas Industry (preferred)
