24 Seven Talent is seeking a merchant-minded Buyer to lead strategy and execution for a women’s denim business. You will own assortment planning, vendor partnerships, pricing strategy, and inventory decisions to drive growth and margins.

You should have 3–5 years of buying or merchandising experience, a keen eye for product, and the ability to turn data into sound commercial decisions through cross-functional collaboration with planning, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams.

We’re seeking a merchant-minded Buyer to lead strategy and execution for a women’s denim business. This person will own assortment planning, vendor partnerships, pricing strategy, and inventory decisions to drive growth, margin, and customer relevance. The ideal candidate brings a strong eye for product, a strong understanding of market trends, and the ability to turn data into sound business decisions.

In this role, the Buyer will develop assortments that align with customer demand and financial goals, manage vendor relationships and negotiations, monitor category performance, and partner cross-functionally with planning, merchandising, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams. This person may also support and mentor junior team members as needed.

The ideal background includes 3–5 years of experience in buying, merchandising, or a related retail product role, along with strong product judgment, negotiation skills, financial acumen, and the ability to balance creativity with commercial performance.
