Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure uninterrupted material supply to support manufacturing operations.
• Follow up on purchase orders and supplier deliveries.
• Partner with suppliers to manage demand and supply requirements.
• Execute pull-ins and push-outs to align with MRP demand.
• Resolve shipment, receiving, invoicing, and billing issues.
• Support inventory reduction and E&Z initiatives.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations (RFQs).
• Assist with supplier negotiations and cost management activities.
• Drive resolution of supply-related issues with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and adhere to standard business processes.

You will work closely with suppliers, manufacturing teams, engineers, and program managers to ensure material availability, support production goals, and drive supply chain excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure uninterrupted material supply to support manufacturing operations.
• Follow up on purchase orders and supplier deliveries.
• Partner with suppliers to manage demand and supply requirements.
• Execute pull-ins and push-outs to align with MRP demand.
