Job summary

Ocupacao is seeking a procurement/engineering professional to drive sourcing for electronics parts, PCBA and harnesses. You will manage supplier relations, negotiate supply contracts, and monitor order status for internal clients.

The role emphasizes cost reduction, quality improvement, and process optimization. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, a minimum of 7 years in procurement or engineering within industrial sectors, and bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English

• Source and negotiate purchases, tenders for materials and services.

What Will Be Your Responsibilities

• Advanced knowledge about electronics, specifically PCBA and harnesses/cabling;
• Extensive contact with suppliers and internal clients following up order status;
• Negotiation and management of purchases, tenders for the acquisition of materials and services; proposal analysis, and preparation of recommendations based on results obtained;
• Negotiation and management of supply agreements;
• Market research to identify and select potential suppliers;
• Review and follow up on purchase requests for materials and service execution;
• Research alternative suppliers to reduce costs, improve quality and service, and optimize processes.

Profile And Requirements

• Minimum education: High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in areas such as Management, Electronics, Mechanics or similar;
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Procurement and/or Engineering roles (preferably in Industrial or Production sectors);
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability;
• Results-oriented mindset;
• Language requirements: Advanced command of Portuguese and English, with proven proficiency at C2 level in both languages;
• Proactive, dynamic, and with strong interpersonal skills.
