Reynolds EmpowerHome Team is seeking a motivated buyer’s agent who is passionate about making the home buying experience great. You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate negotiations, and close the sale for buyers' dream homes.

This role requires enthusiasm, excellent communication, and a drive to deliver a positive client experience. You will work with Maryland buyers, use the CRM, attend open houses, and participate in weekly sales meetings.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License (Maryland).
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Full-time commitment and strong work ethic.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow.

Responsibilities

• Meet with motivated homebuyers and guide them through the purchasing process.
• Build strong relationships and provide exceptional client service.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to nurture and convert leads.
• Manage your pipeline using our CRM and systems.
• Host open houses and convert walk-in traffic into clients.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions.
