Innovative Turnaround Controls Ltd is seeking a Purchasing Specialist skilled in SAP to manage MRP reporting, stock procurement, and max/min adjustments with proper approvals. The role interfaces with suppliers to ensure accurate pricing and lead times, and supports multiple departments in requisitions, POs, and invoices.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Business Administration or Finance and at least three years of refinery or chemical plant warehouse experience.

Competenze

• BS degree preferred in business/finance-related field.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience in refinery or chemical plant preferred.
• Proficient with SAP and basic MS Office applications.

• Generate SAP MRP reports and maintain inventory levels.
• Procure replacement stock and adjust max/min with approvals.
• Prepare and update purchase orders; liaise with suppliers on pricing and lead times.
• Support purchasing, accounting, maintenance, operations with SAP issues affecting requisition processes.
• Assist with invoices and PO discrepancies to ensure workflow between departments.
• Receive and review quotes; conduct price analysis as applicable.
• Create SAP Info Records for material setup and changes.
• Ensure turnaround/outage materials are available; validate invoice amounts vs quotes.
• Process reports in SAP to close POs timely.

Responsibilities include:Generates SAP MRP reports, purchases replacement stock, monitors inventory levels, and adjusts the max/min accordingly with proper approval.Ensures accurate generating and updating of purchase orders for storehouse stock and interfaces with suppliers to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of pricing and lead timesSourcing pipe valve fitting bolts gaskets and other general materials as per the provided job plan requirements from Client approved providersSupports and assists, as required, Purchasing, Accounting, Maintenance, Operations, and Technical personnel with SAP issues affecting requisition processes, purchase orders, and invoicesAssists with invoice and purchase order discrepancies to ensure proper workflow among the Warehouse, Purchasing, and Accounting DepartmentsReceive and review quotesConducts price analysis/bidding when applicableCreates and updates SAP Info Records for the setup of material and material changes as requiredReceives feedback on services provided from suppliers and field customers in order to develop/implement action plans to correct discrepanciesCoordination of received materials with material management companyEnsures that turnaround/outage inventory material needs are metValidation of invoice amount verses quoted amountsProvides support and assists Purchasing with the implementation of cataloging and material code setupsProcesses various reports in SAP to ensure materials are delivered, and purchase orders are closed in a timely fashionBachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Business Administration, Finance, or other related discipline is preferred3+ years of Warehouse experience in a refinery or chemical plant environment preferredProficient with basic computerized office systems such as Microsoft Word and Excel requiredAbility to use SAP proficiently requiredTWIC required
