Job summary

IGT is seeking a senior procurement professional to manage materials planning and supplier relations. You will align with engineering and production schedules to keep inventory at optimal levels and ensure cost-effective contracting.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining BOMs, evaluating bids, and driving value through disciplined supplier sourcing and standard-setting across subcontracts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5–10 years of related supply chain or procurement experience.

Responsibilities

  • Obtains materials using engineering and production schedules to maintain inventory at planned levels (Just in Time purchases, EOQ).
  • Resolves discrepancies.
  • Creates and maintains bills of material and parts/commodities numbers in supply chain management or other enterprise-wide systems.
  • Ensures material standards are met and non-conformances or variances are approved and/or minimized.
  • Develops specifications for new contract orders.
  • Gathers quotations, examines bids and makes awards.
  • Monitors cost, schedule and scope of assigned subcontracts to assure best quality at best value.
  • Evaluates vendor reliability and develops new supply sources where vendors and suppliers are no longer competitive.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including skills, experience, education, and geographic location. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $60,000-101,000 annual USD, based on a good-faith assessment at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary. IGT complies with all applicable pay transparency and compensation laws and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is one component of IGT's total rewards program. Depending on the role, employees may be eligible for bonus or commission opportunities.
