Job summary

A leading IT consultancy in Bolingbrook is seeking a Buyer/Planner with strong planning experience to work with suppliers and process purchase orders. Location: Bolingbrook , IL

Pay rate: $20/hr

Planning Experience Required

• Will be working with Suppliers
• Processing POs and following up on them
• Having Excel experience is KEY for this position
• Using AS400, having is a plus, but will be taught
• Working in a Light Industrial Warehouse/distribution environment, so having this is very helpful for this role
• A plus to have Lean Manufacturing or Lean Supply Chain
• Handling invoicing discrepancies with Suppliers
• Scheduling production, looking at system (CMS-AS400) and what net requirements are. and creating Work Orders
• Should have experience working with an ERP system
• Building relationships with the Supply base
• Following up with expediting materials
