Job description

Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) is the global media platform for Publicis Groupe [Euronext Paris FR0000130577, CAC 40]. PMX is an omnichannel activation powerhouse that drives smart application of investment through leveraging scale, marketplace innovation, deeper partnerships and knowledge. PMX is at the forefront of the converging marketplace building data-informed, tech-enabled media to help marketers connect with consumers in a measurable way.

Overview

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist day to day OOH planning and buying duties across top tier, National and Local accounts from start to finish (including contracting, buy stewardship and post campaign analysis).
  2. Assist team with RFP and buying process, including organizing and compiling proposals, mapping, building plan recommendations, building PowerPoint decks and contracting buys.
  3. Work closely with Strategy team to ensure plan recommendations meet client strategies and objectives and are sent in a timely manner.
  4. Work with team to pull client billing and spend reports.
  5. Negotiate with vendors to hit savings and budget goals.
  6. Stay on top of industry trends, bringing new and innovative thinking to clients.
  7. Attend and participate in agency training sessions.

Qualifications

  1. 1-2+ yrs OOH Planning / Buying experience.
  2. Basic understanding of the OOH industry and key vendors across large and small markets.
  3. Knowledge of OOH Media metrics and use of planning tools including Telmar, SQAD, Geopath a plus.
  4. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  5. Detail-oriented, must be able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft software, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Compensation Range : $49,305 - $71,645 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
