• 0–3 years of purchasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform activities in the vendor purchasing program admin function.
• Ensure products and services are purchased in the most cost- and time-efficient manner.
• Help determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary.
• Assist in inventory analysis and maintenance.
• Work with vendors and service providers to get prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
• Serve as a liaison between vendors and the sales staff.
• Work with Manager to seek approvals as needed.
• Establish and maintain healthy working relationships with the internal customers (users) and outside vendors/ suppliers.
• Must be able to multi-task
• Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs.

Primary responsibilities include working with internal clients and vendors and purchasing HVAC-related inventory. Interact with vendors, dealers, and manufacturers to provide solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Position Responsibilities may include:
