Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a purchasing professional to manage technical procurement for manufacturing and facilities. You will collaborate with engineering, production, and suppliers to secure equipment, tools, and services, while ensuring cost, quality, and delivery targets.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s in supply chain and 3+ years in technical procurement, with strong negotiation, supplier audits, and ERP/MRO system experience. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical procurement or buying within manufacturing, industrial, or facility operations.
• Strong understanding of factory equipment, industrial tools, facility systems, and construction-related services.
• Proven negotiation, supplier relationship management, and purchasing documentation skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and collaborate with internal engineering teams and external suppliers.
• Bilingual – fluent in English and intermediate Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate purchasing records and support budget tracking using the company’s MRO system and other relevant tools.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical procurement or buying within manufacturing, industrial, or facility operations.


• Strong understanding of factory equipment, industrial tools, facility systems, and construction-related services.


• Proven skills in negotiation, supplier relationship management, and purchasing documentation.


• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.


• Ability to interpret technical specifications and collaborate effectively with internal engineering teams and external suppliers.


• Bilingual required — fluent in English and intermediate proficiency in Mandarin.

Pay Range

USD $75,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.

• Familiarity with supplier auditing processes and quality assurance standards.


• Working knowledge of logistics, import/export requirements, or local construction compliance is a plus.
