LogicSource in Columbus, OH is seeking a full-time Buyer for indirect procurement who will support one retail client with inventory management, spot sourcing, and competitive RFPs, while building supplier relationships and managing projects.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1–3 years in retail procurement, and proficiency in MS Excel and Word. Travel up to 20% may be required; certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years of retail procurement experience.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and Word; knowledge of job management software.

Responsabilités

• Manage country-specific inventory to support daily store operations in an efficient, cost-effective manner.
• Support international and domestic store activity by ensuring stores open on time with complete supply packages.
• Develop strong relationships with internal brand customers; operations, visual & finance, working cross-functionally to deliver objectives within a seasonal budget.
• Perform competitive domestic & international sourcing events and projects, negotiate with suppliers and manage total cost of ownership.
• Maintain a positive outlook, provide high-level service and professional conduct.
• Document decisions and keep project tracking spreadsheets up to date; coordinate cross-functional needs.
