Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Buyer II in North Reading, MA for a 3-month contract. You will purchase electro-mechanical assemblies, electronic components, PCB assemblies, and hardware, while managing supplier relationships and KPI reporting.

You will input data for scorecards, present procurement metrics in quarterly reviews, and coordinate planning with ERP systems to meet material requirements and schedules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Buyer/in direct Procurement (owning supplier relationships, programs, and sizeable component portfolios rather than transactional/assistant coordinator scope).
• Proven proficiency in ERP systems for purchase order execution, rescheduling, and supply/demand tracking.
• Intermediate to strong Excel skills (specifically creating and manipulating Pivot Tables, data lookups).

Responsibilities

• Purchasing materials and equipment from suppliers including electro-mechanical assemblies, electronic components, PCB assemblies, hardware, and non-inventory items.
• Managing supplier relationships and KPIs reported to senior Supply Chain leadership.
• Providing input to monthly scorecards and presenting procurement data during quarterly business reviews.
