CAE USA Inc. is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage vendor sourcing, quote requests, and PO issuance for USG and non-USG contracts in a defense/security context.
You will handle build-to-print assemblies, COTS software licenses, and supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with CPSR standards. Candidates should have 3–5 years of relevant experience or a BA/BS in a related field, with strong negotiation, MS Office skills, and knowledge of MRPs and CostPoint.
The position requires the incumbent to research and select vendors to solicit quotes and issue purchase order of medium dollar value and complexity supporting USG and Non-USG contracts. Typical procurements relate to less complex build-to-print assemblies that require specifications and drawings and COTS software licenses.
