Oceaneering is seeking a buyer to execute low-complexity procurement of goods, services, and equipment in a hybrid-work environment. The role supports scheduling, risk assessment, and supplier performance against requirements.
The ideal candidate has a four-year degree or GED with relevant purchasing experience, and can travel to the designated office as needed to support project and operational needs.
Executes the process of low complexity ordering of goods, supplies, equipment, and services in accordance with prescribed purchasing policies, regulations, and procedures. Understands schedules, risks to orders and manages a supplier's individual order performance to requirements. Monitors and reports status and progress of orders to procurement leaders.
