Buyer – Ingrasys Technology USA, Inc.

Locations: San Jose, CA (temporary until move to Sunnyvale, CA in late 2026). The role is on‑site.

Primary Responsibilities

• Obtain quotations and review bids for non-key components (C parts)
• Place POs, expedite and de‑expedite material per changes of MRP schedules
• Follow up on material shortages and take initiative on secondary sourcing
• Lead time validation on material
• Resolve invoicing issues and discrepant material problems
• Negotiate price for assigned items or commodities
• Manage excess inventory
• Drive cost reduction on materials
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related discipline
• 1+ years of material experience or relevant work experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• English proficiency required; Mandarin proficiency a plus

Job Type: Contract to Full‑time

Pay Rate: $29/hr – $33/hr
