Job summary

CFS in Morgantown, WV is seeking a Buyer – Manufacturing to own purchasing activities for materials used across production. You will manage POs, supplier relationships, and drive cost improvements.

This role collaborates with operations, production, and leadership to forecast needs, support MRP/ERP, read BOMs, and resolve supply chain issues. A 3–5+ year track record in manufacturing purchasing is required with strong negotiation skills. Competitive compensation includes a bonus and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of purchasing experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems.
• Ability to read BOMs, prints, and product structures.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management background.
