Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent working knowledge of various meat and seafood products with proper butchering techniques.
• Cut and trim meat from larger portions into smaller portions.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and kitchen appearance.
• Ensure DOH compliance as it pertains to the operation.
