Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Butcher Block Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Butcher Block department, ensuring exceptional customer service, product quality, food safety compliance, inventory management, and department profitability.

You will lead department associates, support sales growth initiatives, and ensure fresh meat and seafood products are presented according to company standards.

  • Monitor proper handling, storage, preparation, and packaging procedures.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas, equipment, and displays.
  • Promote workplace safety and proper equipment operation.
  • Support regulatory inspections and audit readiness.
  • Support achievement of department sales, labor, and profit goals.
  • Monitor productivity and operational efficiency.
