Responsibilities:

• Perform meat/seafood cutting functions, including scraping products, cubing steaks, grinding ground meats, and cutting and processing meat/fish according to requirements. Perform all meat/seafood associate responsibilities as directed. Order in a timely manner all necessary proteins, meats, and seafood in correct amounts. Maintain par levels necessary for smooth operation.
• Weigh all meat/seafood items in accordance with specified procedures outlined by standard practice. Receive meat deliveries, code, rotate, and store appropriately. Check the quality of received goods to ensure freshness and standards are met.
