Responsibilities:
  • Perform meat/seafood cutting functions, including scraping products, cubing steaks, grinding ground meats, and cutting and processing meat/fish according to requirements. Order necessary proteins in a timely manner and maintain par levels for smooth operation.
  • Weigh all meat/seafood items as per standard procedures. Receive deliveries, code, rotate, and store appropriately. Check the quality of received goods to ensure freshness.
