Lure Fish House in California is hiring Servers to join our family-owned restaurant known for fresh, sustainable seafood and a fun, fast-paced environment.

You will take guest orders, fulfill requests, carry plates to tables, process payments, and help keep the dining area clean while delivering friendly, professional service. The role requires knowledge of menu items and the ability to work well under pressure during busy shifts.

Responsabilités

• Take guest orders
• Fulfill guest requests
• Carry hot and cold plates to guests
• Lift and carry trays with drinks
• Pre-bus tables - remove plates, glassware, silverware, and garbage from tables
• Process payments
• Make change
• Light cleaning
• Interact professionally with guests
• Side work
• Light cleaning
• Take garbage and recycling (if applicable) to dumpster
• Sweep floors
• Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
• Restroom checks
• Keep restaurant in like new condition during and after every shift
• Must have superior knowledge of food, drinks, standards, and expectations
