King's Fish House is hiring Bussers to support a fast-paced service team. You will set tables, assist servers, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining room while delivering friendly guest service. A CA Food Handler’s Card and basic English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Some high school education required.
• Current CA Food Handler’s Card is required.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers.
• Maintain knowledge of busser standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening duties as assigned.
• Clear and reset tables according to guidelines; keep bus stations stocked.
• Communicate with front desk and servers to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Follow service standards when serving and assisting guests (e.g., refilling water).
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness throughout shift.
• Contribute to the team by assisting when needed.
• Interact in courteous and professional manner with guests and staff.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation per Health Department regulations.
• Complete closing duties as assigned.
