Job summary

Lure Fish House is hiring bussers to join a growing, family-owned restaurant group known for fresh and sustainable seafood. We operate 6 California locations (and one in Scottsdale, AZ) and foster a safe, fast-paced, and fun work environment. You will be part of a great team dedicated to guest satisfaction.

As a busser, you will perform cleaning, table clearing, trash handling, restocking, and guest interaction while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean restaurant.
• Take garbage and recycling (if applicable) to dumpster.
• Remove plates, glassware, silverware, and garbage from tables.
• Restock ice.
• Sweep floors.
• Mop floors.
• Perform other restaurant duties as assigned.
• Interact with guests professionally.
• Light cleaning.
• Keep restrooms in like-new condition throughout shift, and perform restroom checks.
