Curative in Maryland is expanding its premier ENT practice and seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join a physician-led system built around you. This turnkey opportunity offers a $550,000 base salary with up to $200,000 upfront sign-on and relocation incentives, full benefits, CME funding, and retirement match.

You’ll have strong autonomy, APP coverage, advanced surgical and diagnostic resources, and the support to grow your subspecialty within a respected regional
