Premier otolaryngology practice in the Baltimore / Washington Metro area is seeking BC/BE otolaryngologist to join practice.

Practice information:

This long established and well respected practice is currently comprised of five board certified, motivated and hard working general otolaryngologists, each with their own special interests and expertise and who practice general ENT in a stable, collegial environment sharing in the wide variety of cases available and the care of all patients. The practice enjoys an excellent reputation in both the local community and with the local physicians and strong local hospital systems. Additionally, the practice actively remains involved in the teaching of residents and medical students from local universities. The practice uses an integrated EHR system in combination with dictation software, allowing for a fully customizable charting solution. Competitive base salary plus production incentive for associates. Partnership track opportunity available after first year.

The practice additionally operates its own diagnostic/dispensing audiology and hearing aid dispensing department, allergy center and home sleep testing, and has an in office surgical suite with navigation for sinus surgery cases. Physicians also have the opportunity of ownership interest in a multi-specialty physician owned ambulatory surgery center.

Located halfway between Baltimore and Washington, DC, the practice draws patients from both localities while also providing an ideal location to live, raise a family and enjoy a wide variety of cultural activities. The practice is situated on the border of two of the highest ranking school systems in Maryland (Howard and Montgomery Counties), which as a state has been ranked number one for several years running (according to Education Week).
