Duties

• Must maintain a Guest First attitude.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the Restaurant and Kitchen areas.
• Clear and reset tables within a three minute time frame.
• Clean shelves, bus stations, and walls.
• Refill water and coffee for customers when necessary.
• Fill and deliver room service orders.
• Keep hotel halls free of room service trays and miscellaneous debris.
• Restock linen as needed.
• Empty garbage cans.
• Clear and reset counters or tables at conclusion of each course.

Physical Demands

Estimated percentage of daily physical requirements and/or number of pounds that may need to be lifted on the job:

• 100% — Stands during entire shift.
• 75% — Reaches, bends and stoops frequently.
• 50% — Verbally communicates with guests and phone callers.
• 20% — Carries 20‑lb highchair about 10 times per shift over medium distances (20-30 feet).
